2012

It has been awhile since the last post by us. We do apologize for that have been waiting. It is tough to compete against facebook. Jetty is still in school and I still employed with the same company.

We had many travels over the holidays, We went to D.C., Burlington, N.C., Durham, N.C., McLeansville,N.C. and Atlanta, GA visiting family and friends.

What's Happenin'

Summer semester started today, and hopefully it will fly by. We'll be headed to Atlanta sometime soon to see little Belle,Tristan, and the rest of the family. Barry has been playing softball with work, and the garden should be started any day now.

2nd post of the year

Jetty and I are doing well. She just finished up her 2nd semester of college with a 4.0 GPA and on the President's List. I am very proud of her !!!

I have entered my 12th year of employment with the same company. We recently changed names and making acquisitions of other laboratories. I have been busy.

Happy New Year

We're still here. Barry is busy with work and I'm busy with school. We still find time for each other and of course our dog, Angel. Hope everyone is well!

MBSC

Jet and I went to MBSC last weekend to have a reunion of the Barnett Clan. My grandmother Ethel had three kids. The the three kids and their kids gather like we did in the 70's. We had fun but doing can beat eight track players and bell bottoms. Until next time...peace

Growing

We had a great time at the German Reunion. Jetty and I played a round of golf together. Apparently next year we will have to play on separate teams, groups or whatever you call them in golf. It was Captains choice. I saw enough corn and soybeans for a lifetime. It was a lot of fun. Next trip we took was to Atlanta to see Tristen arrive healthy and kicking. This is our weekend for nothing. I was suppose to be cutting grass but the mower died..again! Jetty is tending to the garden right now.

Fun!

We'll be taking a couple more road trips pretty soon. Our nephew Tristan will arrive shortly and we have a family reunion on my side to attend in the near future. Good times!
